JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all aspects of mechanics and repair in production shop including following quality procedures and safe work practices. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the repair and service work for all related equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot & repair all Hydraulic, electric, and engine related issues
- Complete and submit required documentation and service reports
- Operate independently with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Maintaining general knowledge and understanding of company equipment and services
- Effectively work with others and respectfully assist others to achieve career and company goals
- Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications
- Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Red Seal
- 3-5+ years industry experience
- Must be experienced with Oilfield Service Equipment
- Must have experience working with cryogenics
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
